In practical applications, the Electric Tension Calibrator is used to test and Calibrate tightening wrenches and kinds of bolts. The verification accuracy is very high. As we all know, if the tension force value of the wrench is not accurate enough during construction, the bolts it tightens will be unevenly stressed, which will easily cause construction accidents and have great potential danger. After the wrench is calibrated, actual construction can be carried out. The Electric Tension Calibrators can be used to measure various fasteners, including but not limited to the following applications:

● 1) Calibration tightening wrench, pre-installation test, rotation ability test and other fastener test.

●2) Applicable to all tightening tools, including: manual and impact wrenches, pneumatic / hydraulic / electric wrenches and hydraulic tensioners, etc.

●3) The components that fasteners can be tested include: hexagon bolts, stud bolts, torsion shear bolts (TC), tension indicator washers (DTI), anchor bolts, lock nuts, etc.

About Calibration : 1) All calibrators sold by are calibrated at the factory, and each one contains a factory calibration certificate. If you need to provide a third-party certification calibration certificate, you need to pay extra.

2) recommends returning to the factory for recalibration every year. This will ensure that the calibration performed is the original factory specifications. Please refer to your own quality requirements or the corresponding constraints to determine the period you need to recalibrate.

*About Packing : Adopting the high quality plastic cases with damping sponge and bubble inside to pack wrenches and the external package is high quality cartons.
