How can the torque multiplier work properly?

In the star gear,the torque is applied to the input gear.The star gears engaged by three or four gears rotate at the same time.The outside or ring of the doubler is also engaged with the star gear,relative to the gear.The words are rotating in the opposite direction,so you need to use a reaction arm,which can prevent the doubler from rotating as a whole.

Why use a doubler?

1.The multiplier is safe to use and is suitable for relatively large torsional tightening.Ordinary torque wrenches require longer rods when the set torque is relatively large.The torque multiplier can also reduce working strength and save time and effort.Usually the gear ratio is 5 1,25 to 1,125 to 1,etc.

2.When the operating space is relatively small,the multiplier can be used if the extended wrench rod cannot be used.

3.Accurate use of torque multiplier can achieve accurate torque value and the operation is relatively stable.

4.The gear used by the torque multiplier is based on high standard accuracy,which makes it possible to lock high torque to possible.The gear box will not be 100% efficient,so the speed ratio is not equal to the torque ratio.If the gear ratio is 5 to 1,it is actually 54 to 1.

5.Torque multiplier is widely used,the standard product output torque value can reach 47000Nm,and in special cases can reach torque 100,000,in this case,in order to better contact the screw,you can use an extension rod to cooperate with the force.It can be used with torque sensor to achieve more accurate torque control.
