Product Introduction
TC Bolts Installation Tool is also called the shear wrench. Shear Wrench are used to fasten TC controlled bolts and it has an outer sockets that turns the nut in counterclock direction, while grabbing the spline of the bolt with the inner socket turning in clockwise direction.
When accurate tension level achieved, the spline snaps off, giving a visual indication of proper installation.

TC Bolts Installation Tool S-30LP can tighten TC bolts from M16 to M30.
However, different wrenches have different weights and rotation speeds, thus the time and power required to tighten a specific size of bolt will be different. So for the TC bolt whose size is below M24, we recommend our S-24LP and S-22LP electric shear wrenches.
