How to use torque wrench

Torque wrenches are also called torque wrenches,torque wrenches,and adjustable torque wrenches.They are a type of wrenches and are generally divided into three categories:manual torque wrenches,pneumatic torque wrenches,and electric torque wrenches.Fixed torque wrenches are widely used in assembly lines that have strict requirements on the tightening process,so that the torque value of each fastener of the product is consistent,and the quality of the produced product is guaranteed.

(1)The opening size of the selected torque wrench must match the size of the bolt or nut.If the opening of the wrench is too large,it may slip off and damage the hexagon of the screw.The selection principle of wrenches is generally preferred to use socket wrenches,followed by torx wrenches,open wrenches again,and finally adjustable wrenches.

(2)In order to prevent the wrench from being damaged and slipping,the pulling force should be applied to the thicker side of the opening.This should be paid special attention to the adjustable wrench with large force to prevent the "eight" shape of the opening from damaging the nut and wrench.

(3)Torque wrenches are designed according to the strength of human hands.When encountering tight threaded parts,you cannot use a hammer to hit the wrench; except for socket wrenches,other wrenches cannot be equipped with afterburning rods to prevent damage to the wrench or Threaded fitting

(4)When using a torque wrench,it is most appropriate when you hear a "pop" sound.

Note:

1.Application:The torque wrench is a tool for rotating bolts or nuts.

2.Usage:When the torque wrench is turned,the pulling force should be used,and it is extremely dangerous to push the wrench.

3.The torque wrench can be used to tighten the bolts.Before tightening the bolts,the bolts should be cleaned and lubricated.

4.When using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts,the force should be evenly applied,and the impact force should not be used.
