Notes on the use of torque wrench

In order to better extend the service life and accuracy of the torque wrench,you need to pay attention to the following points in daily use:
-In the use of torque wrenches,first select a torque wrench with a moderate range according to the requirements of the work.The required torque value should not be less than 20% of the torque wrench range.Reinforced,torque wrenches in small ranges cannot be used over-range.
-When using a torque wrench,when you hear a click,the most suitable working torque has been reached.Please do not continue to apply force to avoid possible damage to the internal mechanical structure.
-Torque wrench is a special tool for precisely controlling the tightening torque of bolts and nuts.Please use a torque wrench to remove the nut or use it in work that does not require torque control to extend the service life.
-It is strictly forbidden to add a sleeve to extend the arm at the tail of the torque wrench,so as not to damage the tool.
-Adjust the required torque as required,and confirm that the adjustment mechanism is locked before using it.
-When using a torque wrench,it should be balanced and slowly loaded,and must not be slammed or pressed,so as to avoid overload and lead to output torque inaccuracy.After reaching the preset torque,the loading should be stopped.
-After the torque wrench is used,it should be adjusted to the minimum torque to fully relax the force measuring spring to prolong its life.
-Avoid intrusion of moisture into the torque wrench to prevent corrosion of parts.
-The size of the socket of the selected torque wrench must match the size of the bolt or nut.
-The torque wrench is designed according to the strength of the human hand.When encountering tight threaded parts,you cannot hit the wrench with a hammer.
-Tension should be used when the torque wrench is turned,and it is extremely dangerous to push the wrench.
-If not used for a long period of time,adjust the ruler scale to return to the minimum torque.
