How To Operate The Electric Torque Wrench Bolt

1.Install the reaction force bracket and tighten the screws.Turn on the host machine so that the square head pin hole corresponds to the hole of the reaction force bracket,then insert the wrench sleeve,insert the pin,and fix it with a rubber ring.
2.Adjust the torque knob of the controller to the required torque value,set the positive and negative switches of the host to the forward rotation position,and put the wrench sleeve on the six sides of the threaded connection.
3.Press the power switch and the wrench starts.When the force arm of the reaction bracket is firmly against the bracket (the fulcrum can be an adjacent bolt or other position that can be used as a fulcrum),the bolts start to tighten.When the torque of the bolt reaches a predetermined torque,the wrench automatically stops,the tightening is completed,the power switch is released,and the next bolt is tightened.
4.After the wrench is automatically stopped,the elastic deformation force of the reaction force bracket is used to make the arm of the bracket automatically disengage from the fulcrum,and the wrench is removed.If the force arm can not be separated from the fulcrum,you can toggle the positive and negative switches and move the power switch wrench to remove it.
