Corner Shear Wrench Electric Tools are a non-calibrated drive tool with an inner and outer socket specifically designed for installing tension control or twist-off bolts. The inner socket holds the 12-point spline on the bolt while the outer socket drives the nut, pulling the fastener into tension. brand tools are a high quality, top of the electric tool with a proven track record for durability.

Hanpu Corner Shear Wrench Electric Tools are designed to work with a Tension Control Bolt assembly, consisting of a twist-off bolt, a nut and a washer. The twist-off bolt is manufactured with a dome head and a spline at the end of the bolt shank. Installation of the bolt consists of inserting the bolt through the steel connection, snug tightening the bolt, nut & washer, as well as all other bolts in the connection. Next, you reengage the Hanpu Shear Wrench and hold the trigger down until the spline snaps off. Shear wrenches have an inner and outer socket. The inner socket engages the spline, while the outer socket rotates the nut, with both sockets twisting in opposite directions, the spline of the bolt shears off, once the appropriate tension level has been achieved. Inspection is preformed by visually ensuring that the spline has been snapped off.
