Product Introduction
Electric Socket Shear Wrenches are specifically designed to be used with Tension Control Twist Off Bolts.
TC Bolts are installed using a HANPU Electric Shear Wrench which has an outer socket that turns the nut counter-clockwise, while grabbing the spline with the inner socket turning it clockwise. The torque inside the tool will increase until the desired shear strength is reached, and when that happens the end of the bolt (the spline) will snap off.

Picture 1 : Shows the normal shape of the TC (Torque Control) Bolt which has spline part extended at the end.
Picture 2 : Shows Shear wrench special socket is applied at the nut of TC Bolt. The internal socket grips the spline part, while external socket grips and rotates the nut to tighten the Bolt.
Picture 3 : After the torque tightening is achieved the extended spline part of the bolt is sheared off from the bolt and the joints is successfully tightened to the required torque.
