Here we will show you the TC gun be as a hand tool. The manual wrench is mainly composed of a working head and a handle. The working head is mainly composed of a planet carrier assembly, a ratchet assembly and an inner and outer sleeve. How does it work ?
Shear wrenches have an inner and outer socket. The inner socket engages the spline, while the outer socket rotates the nut, with both sockets twisting in opposite directions, the spline of the bolt shears off, once the appropriate tension level has been achieved.
Under what circumstances would hand TC gun be used?
--- Manual shear wrench is generally used in situations where the number of bolts is small or the space is small and the electric wrench cannot be operated. Angles, corners, etc. of steel structure links.
