A ratchet is a mechanical device that only allows movement in one direction. When it is equipped onto a wrench, it allows the user to set two turning directions : one where the wrench head is fixed and one where it spins freely.
Hanpu Torsional shear ratchet wrench is used to tighten TC bolts.
Shear wrenches have an inner and outer socket. The inner socket engages the spline, while the outer socket rotates the nut, with both sockets twisting in opposite directions, the spline of the bolt shears off, once the appropriate tension level has been achieved.
Manual Torsional shear ratchet wrench is generally used in situations where the number of bolts is small or the space is small and the electric wrench cannot be operated. Angles, corners, etc. of steel structure links.
