The torque wrench is designed based on the bending principle of the beamthe bending principle of the torsion barand the compression principle of the coil springand can measure the amount of torque acting on the nut.
Torque wrenches are divided into manual torque wrenches and electric torque wrenches.Such as manual wrenches are mainly preset type (adjustable torque)digital display type (digital reading)dial type (pointer reading)torque screwdriver and so on.The electric torque wrench can set the torque value of the electric wrenchalso known as the fixed torque electric wrench.So how to use torque wrench correctly?
1.Set the required torque value and set the locking device to the lock position.
2.Adjust the torque from the small value to the large value direction.If it exceeds the set valuereturn to below the set torque value and then adjust.
3.Never adjust directly from the maximum value to the minimum value.
4.Check whether the drive head is suitableor choose a suitable adapter.
5.The center of the grip is the force application position.
6.Before applying forceplease make sure that the wrench is indeed combined with the object being applied.
7.The force should be steady and slow.When the sound is heardthe force will stop when the spring is released.
8.After usethe set value must be returned to the minimum scale.
9.For using a large torque wrenchthe operator should pay attention to the center of gravity of the body.
