Product quality re-inspection of high-strength bolts: The manufacturer should supply the products in batches (not more than 3000 sets per batch), and must provide product quality inspection reports and product quality assurance certificates according to batches.

The high-strength bolt connection pair shall be inspected and re-inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1228～1231-2006 on the construction site, such as external dimensions, form and position tolerances, surface defects, mechanical properties, torque coefficient, marking and packaging, etc., and do a good job Record, unqualified products shall not be used.

 The packing box should be firm and moisture-proof. The box should be packaged according to the combination of connection pairs, and connection pairs of different batch numbers shall not be mixed. The quality of each box shall not exceed 40kg, and the specification, batch number, quantity, and production date shall be indicated in the eye-catching position of the packing box. There should be no rust and contamination, and the threads should not be damaged. The inspection quantity shall be randomly checked by 5% of the number of packing boxes, and shall not be less than 3 boxes.
