3.When measuring,the hand must grasp the effective range of the handle,and slowly apply force along the direction perpendicular to the torque wrench housing until the torque wrench emits a "tower" sound,and the torque wrench has reached the preset torque Value,the workpiece has been forcibly completed,and then the force should be released in time to avoid damage to other components.In the process of applying force,according to the national standard instrument operating specifications,the vertical deviation should not exceed 10 degrees.The horizontal deviation should not exceed 3 degrees,and the operator should ensure that the vertical and horizontal force application range does not exceed 15 degrees during use.

4.In order not to affect the measurement result due to the deviation of the horizontal and vertical directions,during the measurement,a vertical downward stable force value should be applied to the force holding end,and then the force is manually added,so that the operation can The reading value is more accurate.

5.The reading of the preset torque wrench: If it is a torque instrument with a meter,directly read the data indicated by the pointer as the measured data value. if it is a sleeve with a sub-scale indicator,you should read the main scale first The scale value,plus the subscale or the sum of the scale values on the differential cylinder is the measured data value.

6.The preset torque wrench is a measuring tool.It should be handled lightly and cannot be used to replace the hammer for knocking and other improper behavior.When not in use,please pay attention to set the torque to a small value and store it in a dry place.Torque wrenches have a wide range of applications.When reinforcing torque,it is relatively simple.You only need to set the required torque value to operate.
