1. Construction of TJ2 bid section of civil engineering of Longchuan to Xunwu (provincial boundary) branch of Hehuiguan expressway

The route of this project starts at Longtian Village, Shangping Town, Longchuan County, Heyuan City, and connects with the Longchuan-Zijin section of the Hehui-Guan Expressway, passes through Meikeng and Jixiang Village, and finally ends at the junction of Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces, connecting Wuzhi to Long Jiangxi Section of Sichuan Expressway. The total length of the route is 9.419km. It adopts two-way four-lane expressway technical standards, with a design speed of 100km/h and a roadbed width of 26.5m. The main project scales are as follows:

There are 3030m/9 bridges (including the main line bridge of interchange), 3 interchanges in Longtian (junction), Hetianbu, Jixiang, 1 service area, 2 toll stations, and 1 maintenance work area.

The scope of this tender is the roadbed, bridge and culvert projects within the stake number range of the TJ2 bid section, as well as the entire line of the project, traffic safety facilities, greening, and auxiliary housing construction.

2. GO611 Zhangye-Wenchuan National Expressway Qinghai Province Tongren to Saillong (Qingganjie) Section Design and Construction General Contracting (EPC)

Zhangye-Wenchuan National Expressway Tongren-Saillong (Qingganjie) section starts from Longwu Town, Tongren County, Qinghai Province, connects to the Yashiga-Tongren section of Hualong County, and ends at the Qinggan junction. Erlong Township, connecting the proposed Zhangwen Expressway from Saillong to Langmusi (Ganchuan Boundary) section, with a total length of 204.676 kilometers. Simultaneous construction of 5.948 kilometers of Zeku interchange connecting lines.

The whole line adopts two-way four-lane expressway standard construction, with a design speed of 80 km/h, and a roadbed width of 25.5 meters; Zekubei service area to the terminal section is 123.096 kilometers, a design speed of 100 km/h, a roadbed width of 26 meters, and a bridge and culvert design vehicle load level Adopt highway-I level, and other technical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with "Highway Engineering Technical Standard" (JTG B01-2014).

3. Mechanical and electrical engineering of Jiuzhaigou (Ganchuan-Sichuan boundary) to Mianyang highway in Sichuan Province.

Project Overview: The project is located in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and Mianyang City in Sichuan Province, spanning Jiuzhaigou County, Pingwu County, Beichuan County, Jiangyou City, and Youxian District. The project starts near Qinglong Bridge (Ganchuan Boundary) in Guoyuan Township, Jiuzhaigou County, and connects to the proposed road from Wudu to Jiuzhaigou (Ganchuan Boundary) in Gansu Province, passing Shuanghe, Pingwu, Guixi, Jiangyou, and ends at Mianyang City Tour Zhangjiaping, Xian District, is connected to the Mianyang to Suining section of the Chengdu-Chongqing area loop line and the Guangyuan to Mianyang section of the Jingkun National Expressway, with a total length of 244.026Km (including the Qinglong Bridge Tunnel on the provincial boundary, about 0.719Km in Gansu). The whole line is connected to 17 locations in Huilong, Shuanghe, Roy, Bejiao, Baima, Wanglang, Muzuo, Pingwu, Paddy, Pingnan, Pingtong, Guixi, Jiangyoubei, Rangshui, Jiangyou, Longfeng, Zhangjiaping Type interchange. The total length of main line bridges is 78km/130, and the total length of tunnels is 121km/42. Bridges and tunnels account for 81% of the total length of the route, and there are 6 service areas.

The starting and ending stake numbers for the bid section JD2～JD6 of this tender are K112+700～K144+762.5 (long chain 307.582m), length 32.37 kilometers; and K220+800～K223+295, length 2.495 kilometers; the total length of the road section is 34.865 kilometers.

4. Road construction from Mingcun to Dongjiakou

Project Overview: The main line of Mingcun-Dongjiakou highway starts from the intersection of Rongwei Expressway (S16) and Xinwei Expressway (S21) at the west hub of Mingcun, passing through Pingdu City, Qingdao City, Changyi City, Gaomi City, and Zhucheng City, Weifang City. Huangdao District and Jiaozhou City of Qingdao City, the end point is connected to Dongjiakou Port Shugang Second Road (planned) through the Dongjiakou connection line, with a total length of 130.596km. There are 5,594.72m/19 bridges on the main line, 953m/16 middle bridges, 230.5m/8 small bridges, 120 culverts, 13 interchanges, 22 separate interchanges on the main line, and 2 separate interchanges under the main line. , 88 bridge passages, 126 culvert passages, 31 flyovers; 3 service areas, 2 maintenance work areas, 1 monitoring communication sub-center, 9 ramp toll stations, and 1 main line toll station. 5. Construction of Jinan-Weifang Expressway (Bid 1-3)

Project Overview: Jinan-Weifang Expressway is the "Shansan" line in the "Nine Vertical, Five Horizontal, One Ring, Seven Shots and Multiple Connections" highway network in Shandong Province. The project has a total length of 162 kilometers, a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour, two-way six lanes, and a roadbed width of 34.5 meters. There are 14 super bridges, 30 bridges, and 8 medium and small bridges. 19 interchanges (5 hub interchanges and 14 general service interchanges). There are 22 separated interchanges. 1 extra-long tunnel, 8 long tunnels, 1 medium and short tunnel, 3 service areas, 4 maintenance work areas, 4 monitoring and communication sub-centers, 5 bridge and tunnel maintenance and care stations, and 5 bridge and tunnel monitoring and communication stations . There are 14 ramp toll stations. The estimated investment is 42.594 billion yuan, of which construction and installation costs are 29.345 billion yuan, and the construction period is 36 months.
