Zhenjiang Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge is China's first highway and railway dual-use suspension bridge. It is a large-capacity comprehensive highway and railway channel for eight-lane expressway and four-line high-speed railway crossing the river.
Zhenjiang Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge began design and research in 2008, and construction of the main structure of the bridge began in January 2016.
On December 26, 2019, the main bridge of Zhenjiang Wufengshan Special Yangtze River Bridge successfully closed.
It is estimated that by 2020, the Zhenjiang Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge will be ready for operation.
