Calibrator --- The Error Rate Of Annual Re-examination Is Less Than 1%， No Need To Be Re-calibrated !

Recently, a PN-53 axial torque meter of our company's went to Shandong Institute of Metrology for a routine re-examination once a year. The machine was sold to a customer in 2017 and has been used for more than 3 years. This verification is the third verification since the machine was sold.

We re-calibrated separately 400N.M , 800N.M , 1200N.M, 1600N.M and 2000N.M total 5 sets torque value.
For standard 800N.M , our machine shows 800.5N.M ;
For standard 1200N.M , our machine shows 1200.7N.M ;
For standard 1600N.M , our machine shows 1599.3N.M ;
For standard 2000N.M , our machine shows 2002.2N.M .
So, the inspection results shows that the error rate of our calibrator is within the normal range !! There is no need to be re-calibrated!
According to customer that this machine has been used in the construction of Hongqili Waterway Bridge in Guangzhou province,China for 3 years. And this is the third time that the machine is re-examinated. Its quality is very good !
